LIFERAFT TRANCEOCEAN ACCORDING TO ISO 9650-1, 6 PERSONS, UNDER 24H, IN BAG
Liferaft ISO BAM for 6 persons, packed in a bag, equipment for less than 24 hours corresponds to ISO 9650-1 - Transocean ISO 9650-1 Liferafts
Designed for extreme conditions: several large anti-capsize bags, large sea anchor, correct ignition at -15°C (class A), insulating double bottom, orange fluorescent roof with automatically inflatable roof arch, external light 4.3 cd, reflector and radar reflector strip.
The Transocean life raft ISO 9650-1 also has a 180° foldable ladder with integrated weights and a handle inside the raft. This allows the shipwrecked person to easily board from the ladder.
If the island capsizes, the weighted boarding ladder tips into the water, allowing the castaway to climb onto it and turn it over.
Under or over 24 hours: what’s the difference?
Two types of survival kits are available, depending on the amount of time the casualty may have to spend in the life raft until rescue teams arrive:
Standard content: (Rescue will be provided within 24
hours expected), contains all equipment associated with the life raft and including Pyro.
Emergency package (rescue expected within 24 hours),
contains additional equipment such as water and food rations, additional flares and torches, SOLAS thermal blankets.
The equipment can be supplemented with an additional survival bag.
